Toxipred – Genotoxicity Prediction

Toxipred is a set of freely available tools for predicting the phototoxicity and genotoxicity of chemical substances using machine learning. It was created as part of a research project at FIIT STU in collaboration with the research team.

The tools let researchers quickly estimate the toxicological properties of substances without immediate laboratory testing, and are publicly available on the faculty domain.
