MapQuiz

MapQuiz is a free blank-map geography quiz in the style of JetPunk and Seterra. It offers 19 quizzes: countries of the whole world and of each continent, capitals, the regions of Slovakia and Czechia, US and German states, Canadian provinces, oceans and seas, rivers, lakes and mountain ranges.

Every quiz has two modes. In the first, players type names against a countdown and each correct answer lights up on the map; world quizzes also show a running score per continent. In the second, the quiz names a place and the player taps it on the map. The maps are projected and simplified at build time, so they load quickly even on a phone, and answers can be typed without diacritics, in Slovak or English.
